im a little scared that up on the mountain at whistler, the UNGODLY temperature will give me frostbite or some shit. it's supposed to be -30 degrees with the wind, at its coldest. it's -5 degrees this week and i can't even stand that!!! uggh.
im trying to think about university crap as LITTLE as possible. la la la. ignorance is bliss.
i'm food group leader for my trip and i'm supposed to go shopping for trip food tomorrow. agh, i hate responsiblity.
in other news: today, we read the first chapter of Dickens' A TALE OF TWO CITIES as a class and HOLY SHITE it was the most perfectly written piece of english prose ever. it's complex and deep and not-so-deep and detailed and broad all at the same time. without a single misplaced word.
jesus. it scares me to read something so perfectly written. convoluted as hell, but perfect.

iv had a tale of two cities sitting next to my computer for about 7 months now. i haven't gotten past the first line. i got lazy and stopped.
