you know i had the weirdest dream today. in short, i gave birth to MYSELF. and when i held the baby (who did not resemble my young self, or even a newborn), the baby smiled and laughed so genuinely that my heart wrenched. i was so overwhelmed with emotion that i cried tears of joy.

then i woke up. (late, i might add). it was one of the oddest dreams i've had in a while.
